Q. Do I need to do anything to earn the guaranteed rental?

Q. Tell me something about Flikk and why should I use it?

A. Flikk is India’s first lock screen rental App which brings to you live cricket score, trending stories & wallpapers right on your lock screen, and pays you guaranteed rental which you can claim in form of mobile recharge/bill payment or you can transfer reward from Flikk wallet to your Paytm wallet for using App.



Q. How can I earn reward through Flikk?

A.  You just have to keep and use Flikk every day for 15 days and you can earn guaranteed rental of Rs.10 in your wallet. In a single Flikk cycle you can also earn up to Rs.30 by inviting 3 friends to join Flikk. You get Rs.10 instantly in your wallet for each friend who joins Flikk through you.



Q. What if I uninstall Flikk before 15 days and reinstall it?

A. To qualify for mobile recharge or Paytm cash, you must keep Flikk for consecutive 15 days. If you uninstall and reinstall Flikk before completion of 15 days, then you will lose all your previous wallet balance.
Also, if you reinstall Flikk, you will be considered as a new user and you will again start with Rs.2(welcome bonus) or bitcoins worth Rs.2(welcome bonus) as balance in your wallet.



Q. How do I benefit for referring friends?

A. For every friend that joins Flikk from your referral, you can either earn Rs.10 or bitcoins worth Rs.10 in your Flikk wallet. When your friend registers on Flikk (only 1st time Flikk users), you will earn bitcoins worth Rs.10, also your friend gets bitcoins worth Rs.10 in his/her Flikk wallet for registering on Flikk.



Q. Can I invite unlimited friends to join Flikk?

A. Yes, you can invite unlimited friends. However, Flikk shall reward you only for up to 3 friends joining Flikk in 15 days. So you can earn referral reward of maximum 3 friends in 15 days.



Q. How can I redeem money I earned as my recharge?

A. You can redeem money you earned in the form of mobile recharge for pre-paid mobile users and in the form of bill payment for post-paid mobile users. We support recharges for all major mobile operators in India.



Q. Are there any limits as to how much can I redeem?

A. You can redeem between Rs.10 to Rs.15 in one transaction and you can redeem once in every 15 days. Total amount which you can redeem in a month is Rs.30.



Q. What if I change my registered mobile number?

A. We shall treat you as a new user. Your account will be reset and a fresh Flikk wallet with welcome bonus will begin for you.



Q. What if I register with a new email id on my existing device?

A. We shall treat you as a new user. Your account will be reset and a fresh Flikk wallet with welcome bonus will begin for you.



Q. I tried mobile recharge, money was deducted from my wallet but I have not received any top up on my mobile number. What should I do?

A. It takes up to 24 working hours for us to process the recharge requested by you.
However, recharges requested between 10AM to 8PM are processed in less than one hour and if recharges are requested between 8PM to 10AM then it might take 12 to 14 hours to process. So we urge you to kindly wait for 24 hours, if you still do not get the recharge in 24 hours, kindly write to us with all the details on admin@flikkapp.com



Q. When will I receive the guaranteed screen rental?

A. You will get your screen rental on the 15th day of using Flikk; you get either Rs.10 or bitcoins worth Rs.10 every 15 days for using Flikk, which you can redeem from your wallet in the form of mobile recharge or you can transfer your reward from Flikk wallet to your Paytm wallet.



Q. Can I replace or edit my registered email ID or mobile number?

A. You can't change your registered mobile number or email ID once you have signed up. You can still change these details if you clear data or reinstall Flikk and proceed to sign up with changed mobile number and email ID but in this case you will lose all your wallet balance which you earned previously and a new Flikk cycle will start for you.



Q. Can I recharge any other number apart from the one which I had used while registering on Flikk? 

A. You can only recharge your registered mobile number as recharge request process automatically picks the number through which sign up has been done.



Q. How long does it takes to process the recharge request?

A. Generally it takes around 2 to 5 hours. However, sometimes it takes little more time if there is any issue in service connection. If the details entered by you (prepaid/postpaid, operator, city, amount) are incorrect then the recharge will not be successful and the amount will be refunded back to your wallet.



Q. Can I redeem before completion of 15 days if I have Rs.10 or more in my wallet through inviting friends?

A. You will be eligible to redeem your wallet balance only after completion of 15 days on Flikk.



Q. What is 'Wallet Booster'?

A. Flikk pays you guaranteed rental for using the app, which you can later redeem in the form of mobile recharge or you can transfer your Flikk reward to your Paytm wallet. Wallet booster allows you to update your rental from time-to-time.



Q. What is ‘Bitcoin Booster'?
